We strongly encourage all new customers to use our free 24-hour trial before purchasing a subscription. This allows you to verify compatibility with your device and internet connection at zero cost.
Eligibility for a Refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical Failure: You experience persistent service issues (buffering, freezing, channels not loading) that our technical support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of a reported ticket.
- Non-Delivery: You paid for a subscription but did not receive your IPTV credentials within 24 hours, and you have not received them after contacting our support team.
- Wrong Service Billed: You were charged for a subscription plan you did not order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase (we offer a free trial for this reason)
- Device incompatibility โ all supported devices are listed on our website; please verify before purchasing
- Poor internet connection on the subscriber’s end โ IPTV requires a stable broadband connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
- Violation of our Terms of Use, including credential sharing or reselling
- Partial use of the subscription period โ once credentials are delivered and used, partial refunds are not available
- Requests made more than 48 hours after the reported issue without prior support contact

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3โ7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in the permanent suspension of your account. We are always willing to resolve issues fairly through our support channels.
